It has been a while since I've tweeted. I have been busy working on my mental health and learning new skills. I needed a break to focus on what I wanted in life, after losing close family members to sickness. I knew that life is short and I need to enjoy it. I'm glad I'm back creating tweets and helping people with mental health.

Let go of all negative thoughts. This is very hard to do but you will learn how these thoughts have held you back. Thinking positive thoughts will change your mind.
The best advice is to take it one day at a time and start writing every day. Writing your feelings and separating them into parts will make letting go easier. Taking a 15-minute walk in nature will clear your mind. It will make you think more and appreciate life in general. Looking at all of the animals and plant life makes you understand that you're not alone and life is everywhere.
Video Games
Why video games inspire me I use games that I enjoy to get an idea of how the game was created. I look at the art, music, sounds, lighting, storyline, and game engine. Once you break a game down into these area's you get an understanding and learn these skills. These skills will lead you to exciting jobs or make things yourself and create the job yourself. Nowadays you can watch any tutorial on these skills for free and make amazing content. Meditate
Do it every day Mediation will help you with stress, and clarity of everything When you do this every day your mind will change and see things differently It only takes 15 minutes a day to do If you can't do that try 5 - 10 minutes Or 1-minute breathing exercise Hello everyone
Today I'm going to talk about my story and my experiences with my skills and life in general. I have become a content creator for over 10+ years. I created my YouTube channel back in 2008 but haven't made videos until 2010 -2011. I make all kinds of videos and I don't have a specific niche. I always like to help people with my skills and to help mentally. I have been dealing with anxiety and stress for many years. I've gone through so much loss with close family passing away. Somedays I will take breaks and refresh my mind to process everything. Trauma will change you into a wiser person and be grateful for the little things in life. I deal with this daily and it's a learning process. I plan on writing an ebook about loss and trauma and how to deal with it from my perspective. I'm also getting back into writing again by making ebooks, blog posts, creating art, making Youtube videos, and posting on social media. I hope my content will help you and maybe we can learn from each other. If you are interested in art please check out my art website on my profile page. I'm starting to get back into freelance graphic design to help people with their designs. I will explain why you need to use open-source software instead of paid software for art. There are many reasons, but I will list them to give you an idea.
Open Source 1. Free software with no monthly fee or cost 2. Sometimes better software with addons to help with art 3. Creates new kinds of software that are better for everyone 4. You can donate to any open-source software since they don't charge for it Paid Software 1. Pay a monthly fee or one-time cost 2. Big companies use paid software for better results 3. They have an advantage compared to open source 4. It's always the same program nothing new or exciting. I prefer to use open-source software for my art. |
